Too many seniors are needlessly leaving their funds unclaimed due to confusing oroverwhelming claims forms! These forms can be extremely difficult to complete and the customer service from New York State and private insurance carriers are rarely helpful.

I am an adult female volunteer available by appointment to assist seniors in the Park Slope/Windsor Terrace area with filling out and submitting their medical insurance claims forms. If you or someone in your life would benefit from having me sit down and help navigate the paperwork, please contact me! I look forward to hearing from you.
