I am a twenty-five year old professional/student who works long hours and goes to grad. school at night at NYU.I would like a place in the areas listed in the ad title.Greenpoint is my first choice, but I would happily rent a place in Fort Greene, Boerum Hill, Cobble Hill, Astoria, Long Island City, Sunnyside, or Forest Hills.
I just moved up hear from Maine and am staying with my brother temporarily.I work in construction and have most of my adult life.I enjoy it.My hobbies include but are not by any means limited to: biking, working out, walking in a park, watching movies, watching Law and Order, and frisbee.I gave up fishing and golf to move hear and go to school/work.
As far as my personality goes I am pretty laid back.People can get on my nerves if they are consistently disrespectful, but I try to communicate.I am a clean guy and cannot be comfortable in a disorganized place.I can deal with it in a living room if I have to, but definately not in my bedroom.I don't drink but don't care if you want to.Im not aggressively social, but would like to meet some new people while I am here. Basically, I am quiet, respectful, and responsible.
