Hello! I'm a 26 year old female looking for a room in an apartment in Manhattan. I am a mental health counselor, working with youth. I'm originally from Maryland but came to NY for my Master's at NYU in 2005. I love to cook, love to laugh, am really laid back, clean, and probably go out a few nights a week for dinners/drinks but appreciate some chill nights in just as often. I just spent the summer in Belize doing volunteer trauma counseling with young girls and families, which was ridiculously awesome. Now that I'm back and settled, a Sept. 15th move in would be perfect but October 1st is fine too. I'd be happy to come by sometime to see if we are a good fit so feel free to email me and we can work something out. I cannot pay more than $1100/month plus utilities and I prefer areas like Midtown East, Gramercy, East Village and Brooklyn Heights. Please let me know if you have something I would like!
