I am FULLY EMPLOYED (across from the Queens Criminal Court House) and have a SECTION 8 VOUCHER. I have been at my job for 6 yrs+ and have credible references. I am a 25 year old mother of a beautiful little boy in search of an apartment in a neighborhood safe and clean for my little boy's well being. I am a responsible and well mannered person. I am on time with my rent and am in dire need of an apartment. If you would please consider accepting me as a candidate to becoming a tenant within your residence, I would greatly appreciate it.
