I am a 25 year old female, graduate student.I also have two different jobs, so between school and work I'm not around very much during the week and some weekends.I don't smoke and don't have any pets and prefer the same in a roommate.I am responsible, clean, and friendly.

I am looking for housing, preferrably with females, from Oct. 1, 2008- May 31, 2009.I graduate in May, but there is a possibility of me staying longer.I am looking for a room mainly on the East Side (including Flatiron, Gramercy, Union Square) and even Chelsea.I don't want to spend more than $1100/ month including utilities.
