I am a young corporate employee looking for a 1-bedroom apartment in SUNNYSIDE GARDENS.I am a quiet, clean non-smoker.I also have a small, hypo-allergenic dog who does not shed.

I can readily provide credit information, proof of employment and references. I am seriously looking to move in the Fall.
