Comfortable 1BR apt in Los Angeles close to The Grove/Farmer's Market, restaurants, Melrose Ave, Fairfax and West Hollywood shopping. The pic below is my street.

Looking for an apt in an convenient NYC neighborhood for Oct thru Nov or Dec. I'm fairly flexible with dates. I'll have limited email access 6th-14th Sept, but will reply as much as I can.
