We're looking to swap our beautiful and spacious one bedroom place in the Hollywood Hills for your Manhattan loft or apartment beginning in November, through to next summer (but may be open to a shorter swap). Ours is 2000 sq ft., marble floors, fireplace, outdoor brick patio with grill, avocado trees, hammock, hi-speed DSL, DirecTV, dishwasher, washer/dryer, new appliances, 2 car parking, and a private, salt-filtered indoor pool to which you will have EXCLUSIVE access. It's less than 1 mile from Sunset Blvd. off Laurel Canyon, a retreat in the hills above the Sunset Strip. We're looking for an equally nice place in Manhattan, preferably an artist loft or something similar, but are open to other options.
