I have to be in NYC for work Dec 10 – 12. So we are looking to trade weekend and days prior to work – from Thurs Dec 4 to Monday Dec 8 – or after my work from Fri Dec 12 to Mon or Tues Dec 15 or 16.
We need your place for either the 4th to 8th, or 12th to 15 or 16th, but our place can be available those days and the 10 to 12th too.
Our home is really amazing and in great area that is private, quiet, rural yet just 1 mile from charming town of Novato. Wetlands, hiking, beaches, Pt. Reyes Seashore, Stinson Beach, Muir Woods all close. 10-15 minutes to Sonoma, San Rafael, Tiburon, Mill Valley, Sausalito; 20-25 minutes to Napa, Berkeley, SF.
House is cool and v. Large A Frame on two + acres on the top of a hill overlooking miles of wetlands and the north end of SF bay with simply awesome views for 50 miles.

- Living room has stone fireplace; large modern art work; roche boubis couches; all that make for a very comfortable and casual, vacation lodge setting.

We are looking to trade for a place in Manhattan, prefer hip, interesting area. Don’t need more than one bedroom or even (maybe) a great studio.
