Hi, my wife and I are interested in a housing swap. We have a lovely 1 bdrm. condo apt. located on a historic cobble stone street in Brooklyn. We would like to swap for your Caribbean location. Our apartment is in the water front district of Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn. We are close to all transportation including the Brooklyn Bridge which is great fun to walk or bike into the city.We have bikes that you can use if you like.
This is a wonderful area to stroll or bike and discover all the charm of the surrounding neighborhoods such as Cobble Hill, Red Hook, Brooklyn Heights and Dumbo. With many others all close by. There are many one of a kind shops and restaurants galore.
You are so so close to Manhattan and have water and city views from the apt. There is also a roof you can hang out on with great views including the Statue Of Liberty. There is also agym in the building for your daily workout and a laundry room.
