You can usually have any week you want and can begin on most any day you like; it would just depend on the flow of the rentals for each particular unit, as to which ones will be available for your week (or longer!).
Should you choose any weeks (or days) in the off season (before Dec. or after April) then you can double the number of days; since they would be non-prime; and the days you're giving me (during the U.S. Open) are of course prime time days.Trades are made in general, on a day for day, bed for bed, size basis; with allowances made for extra luxury or amenities.
