Looking to swap our furnished 2 bedroom New York City apartment for a place in Vienna for December 20-Jan.1 (dates flexible).
Our apartment is uptown in the Washington Heights/ Inwood area of Manhattan. It is located across the street from an express subway line, just 25 minutes to midtown and 15 minutes to the Upper West Side & Central Park.We are two blocks from Fort Tryon Park, The MET Cloister Museum and close to Riverside Park.Direct subway ride to all the fun NYC Christmas activities. The neighborhood is very safe and quite picturesque, with views of the Hudson River and George Washington Bridge.
Our large 2 bedroom walk-up apartment is good for 2-4 people very comfortably. We do not smoke and do not have any pets. There is a full kitchen, shower/bath and I can send pictures if interested!
My husband and I are in our 30’s, work for non-profits, are low-key and have lived and traveled abroad extensively- he teaches English (ESL) and I did Peace Corps. We are looking for an opportunity to get away a bit over Christmas and explore a new destination!
