I just do not have the time to mess with it to clean it up and sell it. Purchased directly from the municipality, being sold by NYS dealer fac# 7075888. I bought this thing from the municipality and they swear it has 47K miles (I can show documentation proof on my receipt if anyone wants to see it). Unfortunately the car has sat for a while and the cluster display is dead (thanks GM). Anyways, I way overpaid for this thing. Here's the details. The car was repainted Med Adriatic blue, from a slightly darker blue. The body doesn't look bad, but has a good amount of surface rust underneath (was parked on grass constantly from what I was told). The engine starts and runs great, pulls like an LT1 should. Drives good, unfortunately the trans has no 3rd gear. I charged the A/C, but the high side valve is defective and sent all the freon right back out after the guage was disconnected. Unfortunately, since the cluster is not displaying the mileage, it will be sold TMU. NYS residents will have to fix the vehicle and have it inspected prior to obtain registerable paperwork. Otherwise, NYS residents will get Salvage papers with the car. Out of state residents, or NYS residents that fix the car and get it inspected at their cost, will get clean paperwork for the car.
